Easy Potato Casserole (Isabel Free)

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. 14 oz. bag hash browns (frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp. onions
  • salt & pepper
  1. Melt butter and saute onions.  Add soup, sour cream, and most of the cheese.  Stir in potatoes, cheese (shredded), and salt and pepper to taste.  Put in 9 x 13 pan.  Bake for 30 min.  at 350

    Note:  can put crushed Corn Flakes on top with rest of cheese.  Dad prefers little or no onion.
