Aunt Cary's Hot Fudge

Yummy smooth creamy hot fudge, perfect for ice cream and cake.

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 1 cube margarine
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup canned milk (evaporated)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. In a medium sauce pan, melt chocolate chips and margarine together (over med-high heat, stirring to keep from burning).

  2. Add powdered sugar and canned milk, and stir. Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat. Add vanilla
