Kristin's Chocolate Butterscotch Bars
Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
  1. Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and then cereal. Press into a greased 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in microwave (1 min, stir, and then an additional 10 second intervals until melted). Spread on cereal mixture. Chill until firm.
