Isabel Free’s Cinnamon Rolls

Print Isabel Free's Cinnamon Rolls Course: Dessert Ingredients 1/2 cup warm water 2 Tbsp yeast 2 1/2 cups warm water 8 Tbsp butter, cut in pieces 8 Tbsp sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp salt 6-8 cups flour Instructions Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water sprinkled with 1 Tbsp. sugar.  In a large bowl mix 2 1/2 cups warm water, butter pieces, sugar, eggs, and salt.  Gradually add flour until it pulls from the sides.  Cover with a towel and let rise 1 hour.  Divide dough into 2 pieces.  Roll each into a rectangle.  Brush with softened butter.  Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.  Roll from long edge and seal.  Cut into wheels with thread and place in a 9 x 13 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.  Frost with favorite frosting....

  Print Jean Jensen’s Pumpkin Bread Prep Time 20 mins   Course: Dessert Ingredients 3 cups pumpkin (not pie filling) 1 cup water 6 eggs 1 1/2 cups oil 4 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp salt 3 tsp baking soda 4 cups flour Frosting: 4 oz cream cheese 4 Tbsp butter /margarine 1 lb. box powdered sugar Whipping cream or canned milk (add 1 Tbsp. at a time) 1/2 tsp lemon extract 1/2 tsp vanilla Instructions Preheat oven to 350.  Mix in order given.
