Mix and let rise: 1/2 cup warm water, yeast, and 1 Tbsp. sugar.
In mixing bowl combine: 2 cups warm water, oil, and beaten eggs. Add yeast when ready. Stir in salt, 1/4 cup sugar, dry milk, and flour. This will be easy to stir. Don't add more flour.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour. Drop out onto a well floured board. Roll out and cut into rolls (Parker house) with a biscuit cutter. Dip in butter and fold in half. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Bake 15 min. at 375. Makes 3-4 doz.
