Green Salsa
Ingredients
  • 1 28 oz can Tomatillos (drained)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (cut off stems)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (scant) diced jalapeños
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour out and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Best eaten fresh or the same day.  It thickens over time and although still delicious it is weird.
