Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sour milk (sour with 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 Tbsp. oil or bacon grease
Instructions
  1. Mix until smooth.  Pour into greased waffle iron (usually 1 cup) and cook until golden brown.  Serve with butter, syrup, or jams and fruit.
