Beat eggs, then add all other ingredients in the order listed. Stir well. Pour 1/4 C. batter into hot greased frying pan. Tip the pan and swirl to allow the batter to make a larger, flatter pancake. Turn as soon as possible. Stack finished pancakes on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel until ready to serve. Serve with lemon juice and sugar, or any other favorite pancake or crepe toppings.
