Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sour milk (sour with 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups flour
- 6 Tbsp. oil or bacon grease
Instructions

Mix until smooth. Pour into greased waffle iron (usually 1 cup) and cook until golden brown. Serve with butter, syrup, or jams and fruit.
