Ingredients
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 cut up chicken or 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/4-1/2 pkg. Onion soup mix dry
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water
Instructions

Place rice in greased casserole. Add pieces of chicken. Pour onion soup, then cream of chicken soup, then water over the chicken. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. If not browning adequately, remove cover during last 15 min.
