Ingredients
- 3 slices bread
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions

Soak bread in 3/4 cup milk. When soft, whip up good and add hamburger, egg, baking powder, and salt & pepper to taste.
Make into meat balls or patties and fry in butter until slightly browned. Place in casserole. Dilute soup with 1 /2 cup milk. Pour over meat and bake 30 min. at 300. (I leave the soup off some patties for those who prefer it that way.)
