Homemade Pizza

Servings: 3 large pizzas (or 4 med.)
Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- flour enough for a soft dough
Pizza Sauce:
- 15-16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic salt

Dough: Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar and wait 5 min. Add oil, salt, and enough flour to make a soft dough.

Knead 5 min. Let rise in greased bowl for 30 min. covered with cloth. Divide into desired portions. Roll or pat on greased pizza pan or use parchment paper on a heated pizza stone. Spread sauce. Bake at 430-450 for about 12-13 min. Remove from oven and add desired toppings. Bake until cheese is bubbly.
