Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Chicken breast, grilled and chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Caesar Salad Dressing:
- 2 cups mayonaise (she prefers Best Foods)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Homemade Croutons:
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cube butter, melted
- garlic salt
Instructions

Wash, dry and chop lettuce. Add chicken and cheese. Toss with dressing and croutons right before serving.

Dressing: Make ahead. This will make enough for at least 2 of these recipes and can be halved easily and stored in the refrigerator.

Croutons: Dice loaf and allow to sit on counter until dry. Melt butter and toss with dried bread and garlic salt. Spread on large cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 8-10 min. until golden brown.
