Jennifer's Won Ton Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 pkg. Won Ton skins 3 x 3 inches (6 oz.)
Dressing:
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Tbsp rice vinegar (natural)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions

Slice the 3x3 Won Ton skins into 1/3 inch strips. Keep dry. Fry in about 3/4 inch oil at medium high. Cooks in seconds. Drain on paper towels and let cool. Toss all with dressing.
Dressing:

Can prepare ahead. Does not need to be refrigerated.
