This is quick to make and smooth and delicious
- 4 tbsp butter
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 lb chocolate (from choc bars or choc chips)
-
Cut up the butter in smaller chunks.
-
Break up chocolate bar(s) or measure the chocolate chips
My favorites are Hershey's symphony bars. You need four of the 4.25 oz bars.
My most recent was a double batch, one with the almond/toffee bars. The second one was two smooth symphony bars and two reeses bars. The peanut butter chocolate fudge was pretty good.

In a microwave-safe bowl put in butter, the chocolate, and pour sweetened condensed milk over the top.
-
Put it in the microwave and set the power to about 80% and run for 40 seconds. Pull it out and try to stir. The put back in for another 20 seconds on 80% power and try to stir again. You should be able to stir it up and mix everything together until it is smooth.

Pour into a parchment lined bread pan (or any other) and put in the refrigerator for about two hours. Lift the fudge out of the pan by pulling on the parchment paper. Then cut a row or two off and slice into yummy chunks.
