Bow Tie Pasta with Sausage and Red Peppers

Ingredients
- 8 oz. large bow ties
- 12 oz. Italian Sausage, ground or links
- 2 medium sweet red peppers
- 1/2 cup beef broth (from bullion or can)
- 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh flat leaf parsley (or 1 tsp. dried parsley)
Instructions

Slice sweet peppers into 3/4 inch pieces. Set aside. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to directions on package. When done, drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, cut or break up sausage into 1/2 inch pieces and begin cooking in fry pan. Add sweet peppers and cook together over med/high heat until sausage is brown. Drain. Add the broth and black pepper to sausage in skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 5 min. Remove from heat, and add pasta and chopped parsley. Stir gently to coat.
