Easy Potato Casserole (Isabel Free)

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. 14 oz. bag hash browns (frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. onions
- salt & pepper
Instructions

Melt butter and saute onions. Add soup, sour cream, and most of the cheese. Stir in potatoes, cheese (shredded), and salt and pepper to taste. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 min. at 350
Note: can put crushed Corn Flakes on top with rest of cheese. Dad prefers little or no onion.
