Leornor was hired by the church to help Ron and Ann Jamison at the mission home while they were serving as Mission Leaders in the Dominican Republic. She was an amazing cook and we all love her corn bread!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Cornmeal (2 Cups)
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup dry powdered milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
Instructions
  1. Mix well. Grease and flour a large baking pan (12x18x2). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Make sure it's done in the center. Can make a half recipe using a 9x13 pan and cook for 25 min.
