Delicious Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. Allspice ground
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon ground
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger ground
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg ground
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Mix liquid ingredients in a bowl. Stir dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then combine just until mixed. Cook on a hot greased or buttered griddle until golden on each side. Serve hot with buttermilk syrup, maple syrup, or butter and jams.
