Delicious Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 cups flour
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. Allspice ground
- 1 tsp. cinnamon ground
- 1/2 tsp. ginger ground
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg ground
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions

Mix liquid ingredients in a bowl. Stir dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then combine just until mixed. Cook on a hot greased or buttered griddle until golden on each side. Serve hot with buttermilk syrup, maple syrup, or butter and jams.
