Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 lbs. Ground Beef (lean)
- 1/2 C. Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C. Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 C. Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C. Onions, chopped and sautéed until caramelized
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper (to taste)
Ketchup Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 C. Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (or regular)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except Ketchup sauce. Line loaf pan with foil or parchment with edges hanging over. (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/2) Shape ground beef mixture in loaf pan. Mix Ketchup sauce and spread on ground beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 min. Drain fat. Lift loaf out of pan. Slice and serve.
