Melt butter into an 11x15 in. pan.
Combine yeast, honey and water. Add salt. Add flour gradually until it forms a ball. (probably won't need all of the flour) Knead a few times. Roll out about 3/8" thick on a buttered or floured cutting board into a rectangle. Cut with a pizza cutter or a knife. Lay each breadstick into the melted butter and turn over once. Spinkle with seasonings. Let rise about 10 minutes. Then bake at 400 F. for 12-15 minutes. Eat warm.
Variations: Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon/sugar and then top with vanilla frosting when it comes out of the oven. Delicious for a Sunday breakfast and MUCH faster than rolls.
You can use other spices like garlic powder and parmesan, basil, Salad Supreme, sesame seeds, or put garlic powder in the butter.
