Green Salsa
Ingredients
  • 1 28 oz can Tomatillos (drained)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (cut off stems
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (scant) diced jalapeños
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend them up till smooth.

Recipe Notes

Best eaten fresh or the same day.  It thickens over time and although still delicious it is weird.
