Ann Jamison's Baked Beans
Course: Side Dish
  • 4 cups pork and beans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 slices bacon
  1. Empty half of the beans into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole.  Combine sugar and mustard.  Sprinkle half over  beans.  Add remaining beans.  Sprinkle with remaining sugar/mustard mixture.  Top with bacon and ketchup.  Bake uncovered at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.  

    Don't tell anyone how easy it is!
